Last 27th and 28th of March, the AQUARES interregional project workshop held on in Nosedo water treatment plant of Milan. It was organized by the Euro-Mediterranean Water Foundation.
LIFE EMPORE, represented by the University Institute of Water and Environment Sciences of the University of Alicante, was present in this workshop as a collaborator and speaker by the Institute’s researcher, María de los Ángeles Bernal Romero del Hombre Bueno, who participated in the aforementioned event and advised the different European delegations on the subject of legislation, technologies for the treatment of water and contaminants of emerging attention as a Stakeholder, with the presentation “Water reuse: The challenge of Emerging Pollutants” in which she put the LIFE EMPORE project as a case study. She expounded on the objectives and results, and the design of the plant.
The LIFE EMPORE project express gratitude to the Euro-Mediterranean Water Foundation and the general direction of the Region of Murcia water for their kind invitation to present their project during this event.
