Laboratorios Tecnológicos de Levante operates in the following fields:
Analytical control of inland, marine, wastewater and the process of more than 400 accredited parameters including analysis of Salmonella and Legionella among others.
Sampling and analytical control of soil, sludge and waste.
Agro-alimentary analysis: microbiological and physio-chemical analysis of food (meat products, fish products, sweets and derivatives, nuts, spices, pastries, ready meals, surfaces and utensils.
Field of cosmetics, including studies of safety and efficacy and analysis of physical, chemical and microbiological parameters.
Environmental studies, with determination and monitoring of biological indices in aquatic environments, spill control and supervision of the operation of treatment systems and wastewater treatment.
Also, LTL is accredited as a Lead Environmental Inspector.
Finally, we also provide acoustical controls and services, energy certification of buildings on RD 235/2013 we serve Electrical predictive maintenance, thermal monitoring systems and vibration analysis and other services.

The Public Entity of Sanitation Waste Waters of the Valencian Community (EPSAR) was created by the law 2/1992 of the Generalitat Valenciana, of 26 March, as an entity of public law, with legal personality and full and independent public and private capacity.
The public entity of sanitation waste waters of the Valencian Community aims at the management and exploitation of facilities and services, and the execution of infrastructure works, in terms of treatment, water supply, cleaning and, where appropriate, reuse of the treated water, and, in general, of all the measures that can contribute to increase the efficiency of the use of water resources in the region of Valencia as well as the tax administration of the Canon of sanitation.
RESPONSABILITIES
EPSAR will get official access permission to Benidorm WWTP, the location for the demonstration phase within the implementation actions.

UNESCO-IHE is the largest international graduate water education facility in the world and is based in Delft, the Netherlands. The Institute confers fully accredited MSc degrees and Ph.D. degrees in collaboration with partners. UNESCO-IHE carries out educational, research and capacity development activities that complement and reinforce each other in the broad fields of water engineering, water management, environment, sanitation, and governance.
RESPONSABILITIES
UNESCO-IHE, with its expertise and its situation in Europe, will carry out the assessment of the situation of EPs in EU.
The University Institute of Water and Environmental Sciences of the University of Alicante, IUACA, was created in February of 1991 by the Government of the region of Valencia. IUACA has as its main purpose to promote the best knowledge and management of water resources and analyze the current challenges for the preservation and improvement of environment.

UA will be responsible for the design and construction of the filtration/adsorption columns and filtration units.
AIDIMME is the Technology Institute on Metal-Processing, Wood, Furniture, Packaging and related industries. It was founded in 1984 as a non-for-profit association with national (Spain) and international scope. AIDIMME has more than 30 years of expertise in fields like product development, additive manufacturing; automation; surface treatments and coatings; “greening” of products and processes; wastewater and waste treatment; as well as mechanical testing; material characterization; transport, product, climatic, physical, and chemical analysis laboratories and ICT developments.
RESPONSABILITIES
AIDIMME will be responsible for the design and construction of the Advanced Oxidation Processes and Electrochemical Advanced Oxidation Processes units.
CONSOMAR S.A. is a Civil Engineering firm founded in 1985 who is strongly specialised in Hydraulic and Coastal Engineering.
Its activities are LRQA accredited, according to EN ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management, EN ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management and OSHAS 18001:2007 Occupational Health and Safety Management regulations. These Management Systems are applicable to “Management and operation control of waste water treatment plants (WWTP), sewage systems and marine outfalls.
