LIFE15-EMPORE project continues with the kickoff of the emerging pollutants analytical campaign carried out by Laboratorios Tecnológicos de Levante

Last November 24th, the annual sampling and analyzing campaign of the influent and effluent of Benidorm WWTP kicked off. This task is included in the LIFE15-EMPORE project (LIFE15 ENV/ES /000598).

This campaign, which will be developed entirely by LABORATORIOS TECNOLÓGICOS DE LEVANTE, S.L., will last for a year, with an integrated sampling of weekly frequency.

The LIFE-EMPORE project aims at developing a methodology focused specifically on the elimination of emerging pollutants from the WWTPs, with expected percentages removal above 95%. The results obtained will be applied as tertiary water treatments.
