Laboratorios Tecnológicos de Levante introduces its LIFE-EMPORE Project at“CFIS ECOPHARMA Networking Event”

Last November the 30th took place the “CFIS ECOPHARMA Networking Event”, organized by CETAQUA-Galicia in the city of Santiago de Compostela, where some projects connected with emerging pollutants presented their results and interchanged valuable experiences.

At the event, LABORATORIOS TECNOLÓGICOS DE LEVANTE introduced the LIFE15-EMPORE (LIFE15 ENV/ES/000598) project, which aims at developing a methodology for the removal of emerging pollutants from the effluents of the European WWTPs.

Finally, an interesting debate took place, where diverse issues related to emerging pollutants and its monitoring were addressed.

In addition to LABORATORIOS TECNOLÓGICOS DE LEVANTE as a Coordinating Beneficiary of the project, the other Associated Beneficiaries are the Public Entity of Sanitation Waste Waters of the Valencian Community (EPSAR), CONSOMAR S.A., the Alicante University, the Technology Institute on Metal-Processing, Wood, Furniture, Packaging and related industries (AIDIMME) and the Institute for Water Education (UNESCO-IHE).
